Cooley advised GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, a global provider of healthcare outsourcing solutions, and ChrysCapital, a top India-focused private equity firm, on the agreement for BPEA Private Equity Fund VIII (EQT Private Capital Asia) to acquire a controlling beneficial interest in GeBBS from ChrysCapital.

Cooley represented ZitSticka, a skin care brand focused on acne treatments, on its sale to Heyday, a next-generation consumer products company pioneering a digital-first approach to brand building. Partners Nick Hobson and Anne Lieberman led the Cooley team advising ZitSticka.

Cooley advised Carpe Data, a provider of innovative emerging and alternative data products for the insurance industry, on its strategic growth investment from private equity firm Thomas H.
