Carly E. Gibbons


Carly is devoted to the effective management of human capital. She aids organizations in effective decision-making in all stages of the employment life cycle and provides innovative solutions to employment-related disputes.

Carly assists clients with labor and employment counseling, litigation and transactional needs. In her counseling, she guides employers through hiring considerations, preparation of employment policies, disciplinary advice, reductions in force, employee terminations, pay equity and implementation and enforcement of restrictive covenant obligations. In transactional matters, Carly is experienced at tackling employment-related diligence. Carly is also experienced in handling EEOC matters, including drafting effective position statements. Carly has tackled the employment needs of a wide variety of industries.
