Robert Jacques advises clients on insurance and represents them in coverage disputes. He has handled and litigated over a billion dollars in claims under a wide range of policies, including cyber, D&O, E&O, CGL, K&R, property, environmental, inland marine and product recall. Robert also helps clients place insurance and consider risk management more broadly, especially for product liability and cyber-related exposures.
