Robert Jacques is a commercial litigator particularly well-versed in insurance and representing policyholders in coverage disputes. He has handled over a billion dollars in claims under various types of policies (including cyber, D&O, E&O, CGL, K&R, property, environmental and product recall) and helps clients place insurance and consider risk management more broadly. In addition to his insurance practice, Robert handles a variety of non-insurance litigation, including product liability and administrative actions. Before beginning private practice, Robert clerked in the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and US District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
