Cooley advised Infleqtion, a global leader in neutral atom-based quantum technology, on its definitive business combination agreement with Churchill Capital Corp X, with the aim to accelerate Infleqtion’s mission to commercialize quantum products that provide orders of magnitude improvement in computing and precision sensing applications.

Cooley advised EliseAI, an artificial intelligence company automating complex healthcare and housing systems, on the close of its $250 million Series E financing.

Cooley advised Circle Internet Group (NYSE: CRCL), a global financial technology firm, on its acquisition of Malachite, a high-performance consensus engine from Informal Systems, to support the launch of Arc, a new open Layer-1 blockchain network purpose-built for stablecoin finance, which is expected to debut in testnet later this year.

Cooley advised io Products, an engineering and product manufacturing company co-founded by Jony Ive to develop, engineer and manufacture a new family of products for the artificial general intelligence era, on its approximately $6.5 billion acquisition by OpenAI. As part of the deal, Ive and his creative collective, LoveFrom, will assume deep design and creative responsibilities across OpenAI. 

Cooley advised Datadog (Nasdaq: DDOG), a monitoring and security platform for cloud applications, on its acquisition of Eppo, a feature flagging and experimentation platform that will tightly integrate with Datadog’s existing product analytics suite.
