Henry Wendel’s practice includes representation of and counsel to communications, media and unmanned aerial vehicle clients before regulators at the federal level. He works closely with broadcasters, cable operators and telecommunications companies on policy, enforcement and licensing matters, principally before the Federal Communications Commission. Henry assists broadcast groups, wireless companies and investors with evaluating and addressing business and regulatory issues in the purchase and sale of FCC regulated properties. Additionally, he counsels wireless and satellite companies, private equity firms and others on critical FCC proceedings effecting wireless, satellite and equipment authorizations. Henry has represented numerous entities in enforcement proceedings at the FCC. He also counsels UAV clients on FAA regulations.
