About Henry

Henry’s practice includes representing and serving as counsel to communications, media and commercial space clients before regulators at the federal level. He regularly counsels satellite and telecommunications companies on the latest regulations for new and advanced technology. He also works closely with broadcasters, cable operators and telecommunications companies on policy, enforcement and licensing matters, principally before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Henry assists broadcast groups, commercial space companies, wireless operators and investors with evaluating and addressing business and regulatory issues in the purchase and sale of FCC-regulated properties. Additionally, he counsels wireless and new space companies, private equity firms and others on critical FCC proceedings affecting their business. Henry has represented numerous entities in enforcement proceedings at the FCC – including several successful defenses that resulted in the FCC deciding not to take action. He also counsels unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) clients on Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.
