Todd Gluth is the chair of Cooley's tax practice group. Todd advises clients on structuring and tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private offerings of securities, debt and equity restructurings, real estate transactions, executive compensation, the organization and operation of investment funds, and investments by tax-exempt and non-U.S. investors. He also represents clients in connection with federal and state tax controversies, voluntary disclosures, private letter rulings, and commercial litigation involving tax matters.
