Cooley advised SiteOne Therapeutics, a private biotechnology company developing small molecule inhibitors of sodium channels to treat pain and other neuronal hyperexcitability disorders, on its acquisition by Eli Lilly.

Cooley advised Chemistry, an early-stage venture firm that leads investments in standout software companies at the Seed and Series A stages, on its $350 million debut fund, Chemistry Fund 1.

Cooley advised Chingona Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in founders whose backgrounds uniquely position them to create businesses in growth markets that are often overlooked, on the closing of its new $52 million fund. Cooley advised SoftBank Vision Fund 2 as the lead investor in sales readiness company MindTickle’s $100 million financing. Cooley advised Vir Biotechnology on its $142.9 million initial public offering of 7,142,858 shares of common stock. Vir Biotechnology, whose securities now trade on Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "VIR", is a clinical-stage immunology company focused on combining immunologic insights with cutting-edge technologies to treat and prevent serious infectious diseases.
