About Julie

Julie D. Wicklund is special counsel in the Cooley business department and head of the international practice group. She has a general business and corporate practice with a particular focus on international business transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Julie works extensively with U.S. corporations expanding overseas and also advises foreign corporations and investors doing business in the United States.
