Anna advises clients on a range of antitrust and competition law matters, especially in the European Union and the UK. She has deep knowledge of merger investigations and has experience advising clients on international merger issues. Anna spent four years at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), most recently as an assistant director, and was responsible for managing the delivery of Phase 1 and Phase 2 UK merger reviews.
