(jointly Xeno), a nonprofit biotechnology company, by way of a statutory plan of arrangement.

Cooley advised DISCO Pharmaceuticals, a company advancing a differentiated pipeline of highly selective, surfaceome-targeted therapies for hard-to-treat tumors, on its exclusive license agreement with Amgen to advance novel therapeutic candidates addressing a target that was mapped on the surface of a cancer cell by DISCO’s proprietary platform.

Cooley advised Perceptive Capital Solutions Corp, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Perceptive Advisors, on its $1.1 billion definitive business combination agreement with Freenome Holdings, an early cancer detection company developing blood-based screening tests.
