Cooley advised LB Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapies for the treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases including schizophrenia, on its $285 million upsized initial public offering (IPO).

Cooley advised Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK), a leading cybersecurity company, on its agreement to acquire Predibase to accelerate agentic artificial intelligence adoption from pilot to production at scale. 

Cooley advised Touchland, the fastest-growing brand in the hand sanitizer category in the US, on its acquisition by Church & Dwight (NYSE: CHD) for up to $880 million, including $700 million in cash and Church & Dwight restricted stock at closing, plus a payment of up to $180 million contingent on Touchland’s 2025 net sales.

Cooley advised Feedzai, a global leader in fraud and financial crime prevention, on its acquisition of Demyst, including Demyst’s Zonic data workflow orchestration platform, intellectual property and sophisticated data-integration capabilities.

Cooley advised Araris Biotech, a Swiss biotechnology company developing next-generation antibody-drug conjugates, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Japan-based Taiho Pharmaceutical for up to $1.14 billion in cash.
