Cooley advised cloud-based construction software company Payapps and its private equity sponsor IFM Investors on a definitive agreement in which Payapps will be acquired by Autodesk, a multinational software company.

Cooley advised Sprout Social, a social media management software company, on its $140 million acquisition of Tagger Media, a top influencer marketing platform, and a concurrent $100 million secured debt facility, which will be partially used to fund the acquisition.

Cooley is advising Grindr, the #1 social network for the LGBTQ+ community, on its definitive agreement to merge with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Tiga Acquisition Corp. – a combination that will result in Grindr becoming a publicly listed company. Cooley advised Shoreline Biosciences, a biotechnology company developing immunotherapies for cancer and other serious diseases, on its worldwide strategic collaboration with BeiGene to develop and commercialize a portfolio of natural killer-based cell therapeutics.
