Cooley advised Justin Bieber in a $200 million deal to sell his music rights to Blackstone-backed Hipgnosis Songs Capital.

Cooley advised the shareholders of ICS Learn, an online professional education platform owned by private equity firm Primary Capital Partners, on the platform’s sale to vocational e-learning provider Skill & You, a portfolio company of private equity firm IK Partners. Private equity partner Stephen Rosen led the Cooley team advising the shareholders of ICS Learn.

Cooley advised Immunocore on its $297.1 million initial public offering of 11,426,280 American depositary shares, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Immunocore, whose securities now trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol IMCR, is a late-stage biotechnology company pioneering the development of a novel class of T-cell receptor bispecific immunotherapies designed to treat a broad range of diseases. Cooley advised DocuSign, which helps organizations connect and automate how they prepare, sign, act on and manage agreements, on its agreement to acquire Seal Software, one of the leading contract analytics and artificial intelligence technology providers, for $188 million. Partner Michal Berkner led the Cooley team.
