Chris Stack has advised clients on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. His contentious practice includes handling complex unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. Chris has experience of both Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation as well as mediations. His non-contentious work includes managing HR projects, such as employment contract and policy reviews, assisting clients with their internal investigations and advising on the employment elements of restructurings, outsourcings and mergers and acquisitions.
