New York – October 13, 2026 – Cooley advised Geniez AI, a generative AI company, on its acquisition by Rocket Software, a global technology leader in modernization software. This acquisition brings Geniez AI’s technical leadership and team to Rocket Software, where they will help accelerate Rocket’s AI initiatives.
