Roy Moran

I help emerging companies grow into household names by providing strategic and practical advice to their management teams and investors.

Roy Moran represents emerging growth companies and the investors that fund them in a diverse range of critical transactions, from formation through funding and liquidity events. He also provides clients with day-to-day advice on corporate governance matters, strategic transactions, and general legal issues. Roy was previously in-house counsel at a fantasy sports company, where he focused on fundraising and business strategy initiatives. Before practicing law, Roy worked on the management teams of several startups of his own in the service, social media and e-commerce industries.
