Roy’s experience also includes advising venture capital investors, buyers and sellers on transactions with an aggregate value in the billions of dollars. Roy collaborates with companies across many industries – including digital health, sports and entertainment, media, consumer products, software and fintech. Drawing on his background as in-house counsel at a fantasy sports company and being a startup founder himself, Roy brings a unique perspective to his clients’ legal and business needs.
