Cooley advised Riverwood Capital Advisors in connection with Riverwood Capital’s lead investment in AgendaPro’s $35 million Series B preferred stock financing. Riverwood Capital is a global growth equity firm that invests in high-growth technology companies across the Americas. AgendaPro is a Chile-based software as a service (SaaS) platform serving small- and medium-sized businesses in the wellness and beauty sectors across Latin America. Led by partners Danielle Gershowitz and Adam Dinow, the Cooley team provided strategic legal counsel to Riverwood Capital on the cross-border transaction.

Cooley advised Touchland, the fastest-growing brand in the hand sanitizer category in the US, on its acquisition by Church & Dwight (NYSE: CHD) for up to $880 million, including $700 million in cash and Church & Dwight restricted stock at closing, plus a payment of up to $180 million contingent on Touchland’s 2025 net sales.
