Cooley advised LegalZoom (Nasdaq: LZ), an online platform for legal services, on its acquisition of Formation Nation, a small-business services company.

Cooley advised Nuclei in its sale to Proofpoint, a leading cybersecurity and compliance company. Nuclei is a US-based technology company specializing in compliance archiving and artificial intelligence-driven data enrichment for modern workplace communications.
