Cooley advised Lynk Global on its merger with Omnispace and the formation of Elveo Mobile, the newly combined company that delivers mobile connectivity and elevated intelligence for a planet on the move.
In connection with the transaction, Cooley also advised Elveo Mobile on two concurrent strategic investments and collaborations from SES, a global leader in space solutions, and Nelco, a Tata Group company and one of India’s leading satellite communication service providers.
