Nathan Baum

Nathan represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and other complex corporate transactions across a variety of industries. Nathan also has significant experience advising on complex corporate transactions involving financial technology companies.

Prior to joining Cooley, Nathan was an associate in the financial services group at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York.
