She has extensive experience counseling corporations, crypto and fintech firms, private equity and hedge funds, and other alternative asset managers on the structuring of complex financial products and alternative asset platforms for both traditional asset classes and digital assets. She is also experienced with issuer equity derivatives, including convertible note derivatives, accelerated share repurchases, variable forwards and margin loans.
