Cooley advised Lexeo Therapeutics, a clinical-stage gene therapy company advancing gene therapy candidates for genetically defined cardiovascular diseases and a genetically defined subgroup of Alzheimer’s disease, on its approximately $100 million initial public offering.

Cooley advised Beam Therapeutics, a biotechnology company committed to establishing the leading, fully integrated platform for precision genetic medicines, on its agreement with Verve Therapeutics to sell its opt-in rights to co-develop and co-commercialize base-editing programs for cardiovascular disease to Eli Lilly and Company.

Cooley represented Pearl Health, a technology company helping independent physician practices participate in value-based care models, on its $75 million oversubscribed Series B financing round, which was led by Andreessen Horowitz’s growth fund. Lawyers Roy Moran, Ariel Rom, Carly Goeman and Jayne Munger led the Cooley team advising Pearl Health.

Cooley represented Runway, a developer of design tools made to bring the benefits of artificial intelligence to creative projects, on its $50 million Series C financing led by Felicis. Partner Sacha Ross led the Cooley team.

Cooley advised Chainalysis, a blockchain data platform, on its $170 million Series F preferred stock financing round, bringing its valuation to $8.6 billion – up from $4.2 billion following its Series E preferred stock financing round last year.
