Vivid Seats – $395 Million Debt Financing Offering

June 14, 2024

Cooley advised Vivid Seats in connection with a repricing and incremental amendment to its credit agreement. Pursuant to the amendment, Vivid Seats refinanced all term loans outstanding immediately prior to the effectiveness of the amendment and incurred $125.5 million in additional term loans. The aggregate principal amount of term loans outstanding immediately after giving effect to the amendment was $395 million.
