Ariane works with public company clients to design, negotiate, implement, and maintain a broad array of executive compensation arrangements, including equity-based, change-in-control, and other incentive compensation plans, as well as executive employment and separation agreements, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. Ariane also assists companies in drafting executive compensation disclosures, considering both complex regulatory requirements and proxy advisory firm guidelines, in both the initial public offering context and on a periodic basis. In addition, Ariane has significant experience in counseling clients across all life stages in managing the compensation and benefits-related aspects of corporate transactions.
