Cooley advised Abivax, a clinical-stage biotech company focused on developing therapeutics that harness the body’s natural regulatory mechanisms to modulate the immune response in patients with chronic inflammatory diseases, on its $235.8 million initial public offering.

Cooley is advising Veritone, an artificial intelligence company, on its acquisition of Broadbean for $52 million.

Cooley advised Alvotech Holdings, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and manufacturing of biosimilar medicines for patients worldwide, on its agreement to merge with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Oaktree Acquisition Corp.
