About Erica

Erica Russell’s practice focuses on counseling private and public companies on executive compensation and employee benefit matters, including issues arising through mergers, acquisitions and other transformative corporate events. She regularly advises clients on the design and implementation of compensation arrangements, including retention and severance plans, change-in-control arrangements, cash and equity-based compensation plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. She also assists publicly held clients with the disclosure of compensation arrangements in public filings. In addition, Erica has significant experience advising clients on tax compliance related to qualified retirement and health and welfare plans and fringe benefits.
