About Kevin

Kevin helps emerging companies achieve smart growth. He works as outside corporate counsel with startups on company formation and ongoing corporate governance throughout each client’s life cycle. Kevin advises on transactions, including venture financings, M&A, strategic corporate relationships and equity offerings for companies and financial and corporate investors. He also represents incubators, and accelerators working with startups and venture capital funds in their formation, securities offerings and investments. In addition, Kevin has occasionally enters into separate engagements with founders for representation in liquidity transactions. He previously served as the corporate head of Cooley’s Palo Alto office, where he was corporate hiring partner from 2016 to 2020. He is currently the corporate hiring partner at the firm’s San Francisco office.
