Cooley advised Grafana Labs, the company behind the world’s most ubiquitous open and composable operational dashboards, on its $220 million Series C financing round, which brings its valuation to $3 billion. Lawyers Kevin Rooney and Mary Wilbourn led the Cooley team advising Grafana Labs.

Cooley advised Snapdocs, a digital closing platform for the mortgage industry, on its $150 million Series D financing round, which brings its valuation to more than $1.5 billion. Partner Kevin Rooney led the Cooley team advising Snapdocs.

Cooley advised digital mortgage platform company Snapdocs on its $60 million Series C financing round led by YC Continuity, which also included participation by Sequoia Capital, F-Prime Capital, Founders Fund, Lachy Groom, Maverick Ventures and DocuSign.

Cooley advised Pulmonx on its $218.5 million initial public offering of 11,500,000 shares of common stock, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Partners Mark Weeks and Seth Gottlieb led the Cooley team advising Pulmonx, a commercial-stage medical technology company that provides a minimally invasive treatment for patients with severe emphysema.
