Mark Looney

My job is to take another’s idea for what could happen with property and develop a strategy to make it happen.

Mark Looney specializes in representing property owners and national, regional and local developers on all aspects of the land planning, zoning and development process.  He serves as a strategic advisor and guide to help secure the necessary approvals required for office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, residential, healthcare, hotel and large planned community projects.
