Fluidstack Joint Venture to Issue $5.7 Billion in Senior Secured Notes
Reston – April 16, 2026 – Cooley advised Fluidstack, a premier artificial intelligence (AI) cloud platform, in connection with the $5.7 billion offering of five‑year senior secured notes issued by Meridian Arc HoldCo LLC, a joint venture owned by Next Frontier and Fluidstack. Proceeds will fund the construction of two new data centers in Sullivan County, Indiana, which will be leased to Fluidstack.
