Brian Focarino has a full-range trademark and copyright law practice that includes litigation, enforcement, clearance, prosecution and strategy. He represents some of the world’s most valuable brands and many of its most exciting and disruptive startups. His clients include house names in Internet, digital and social media, entertainment companies, alcoholic beverage producers, ecommerce and multinational retail corporations, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies and financial firms. As co-chair of Cooley’s Minority Associates’ Group, Brian also helps coordinate Cooley’s efforts to recruit, retain and advance diverse and minority associates firmwide.
