Brian Focarino represents clients with respected global brands to develop, leverage and protect the value of their intellectual property. He acts as primary outside IP counsel to high growth companies and market leaders across a full range of trademark, copyright and advertising matters.  He also teaches Trademark Law at Suffolk Law School.  In addition to his practice and teaching, Brian serves as firmwide chair of the Cooley Inclusion Alliance, helping lead Cooley’s efforts to recruit, mentor and advance exceptional, underrepresented legal talent, and throughout 2022 has been chosen by Cooley to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s Pathfinder Program.
