Christopher Hutter's practice focuses on intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on patent counseling, procurement and licensing and litigation. His electrical practice focuses on a large number of technological fields including cybersecurity, wireless communications, fiber optic communications, lasers, semiconductor devices, computer software and the Internet. His mechanical practice focuses on a wide variety of consumer products and medical devices. He is the former co-chair of Cooley's patent counseling and prosecution practice group.
