Cooley advised Procyrion, a medical device company dedicated to improving outcomes for patients with cardiac and renal impairment, on the close of its $57.7 million Series E financing, including the conversion of $10 million in interim financing.

Cooley advised G2.com, a software review site, on its $157 million Series D financing round, which brings its valuation to $1.1 billion. Lawyers Jon Gavenman and Sepideh Mousakhani led the Cooley team advising G2.com on the round.

Cooley advised C3.ai on its $748.65 million initial public offering of 17,825,000 shares of Class A common stock , which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. C3.ai, whose securities now trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol AI, is an enterprise artificial intelligence company. Partners Eric Jensen and Calise Cheng led the Cooley team.

Cooley advised M1 Finance on its $45 million Series C financing. M1 Finance is a developer of a money management platform intended to automate the investing process.

Cooley advised clinical-stage biotechnology company Orca Bio on its $192 million Series D financing round, which was co-led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and an undisclosed investor. The round brings Orca’s total capital raised to nearly $300 million and values the company at more than $1 billion. Cooley partners Josh Seidenfeld and Mark Weeks led the team advising Orca.
