Cooley advised Lantheus Holdings, a top publicly traded radiopharmaceutical-focused company, on a concurrent private investment in public equity (PIPE) transaction, partnering transaction and asset sale with Perspective Therapeutics.

Cooley advised Nutrafol, a leading provider of hair wellness products, on its agreement to sell a majority stake in the company to Unilever. Partner Kevin Cooper led the Cooley team advising Nutrafol on the transaction, and partner Stephane Levy has acted as longtime corporate counsel to the company. Nutrafol is backed by Unilever Ventures and consumer-focused private equity firm L Catterton.

Cooley advised SeatGeek, a mobile-centric technology platform transforming the live-event experience for fans, teams and venues, on its definitive business combination agreement with publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) RedBall Acquisition Corp. Partners Stephane Levy, David Silverman and Rupa Briggs led the Cooley team advising SeatGeek.

Cooley advised Unchained Labs on its agreement to sell to The Carlyle Group, a publicly traded global investment firm, for $435 million.
