Danielle represents clients in a wide range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings and restructurings. Danielle works with sponsors and strategic buyers to implement their growth by acquisition strategies by executing transactions and guiding legal aspects of transition planning. Danielle also regularly advises the portfolio companies of her private equity clients in connection with strategic add-on acquisitions and ongoing corporate governance. She also leads sale transactions for these clients, as well as individual entrepreneurs and venture capital funds.
