Cooley advised Infleqtion, a global leader in neutral atom-based quantum technology, on its definitive business combination agreement with Churchill Capital Corp X, with the aim to accelerate Infleqtion’s mission to commercialize quantum products that provide orders of magnitude improvement in computing and precision sensing applications.

Cooley advised Tenet Medicines, a development-stage private biotechnology company, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Eliem Therapeutics, a biotech company focused on developing novel therapies for neuronal excitability disorders to address unmet needs in psychiatry, epilepsy, chronic pain, and other disorders of the peripheral and central nervous systems.

Cooley advised ColdQuanta, a global quantum technology company, on its $110 million Series B financing round. The company will use the capital to commercialize its product portfolio to include quantum computing, quantum algorithms and applications, atomic clocks, sensors and components. They also demonstrate Inscripta’s confidence in the commercial potential of the bioeconomy and the power of genome engineering to accelerate biomanufacturing innovation. With the fundraise, the company has achieved a multibillion-dollar valuation – a seven-fold increase since this time last year.
