Cooley advised Conquer, a portfolio company of Camden Partners and Evergreen Mountain Equity Partners and a top Salesforce-native sales engagement platform, on its acquisition of Full Circle Insights, a pioneer in marketing attribution, funnel analytics and account-based marketing.

Cooley advised Vision Government Solutions, a portfolio company of Rubicon Technology Partners and a leader in the appraisal, computer-assisted mass appraisal and property tax industry, on its majority recapitalization with Great Hill Partners.

Cooley advised Battery Ventures, a global, technology-focused investment firm, and PageUp Group, a human resources and talent software company that had been majority owned by Battery, on the sale of PageUp to EQT Group.

Cooley advised Expert Institute (EI), a provider of outsourced legal services to the attorney market, on its acquisition by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, from Spectrum Equity, a growth equity firm that provides capital and strategic support to innovative companies in the information economy, in partnership with management.
