Cooley advised CHARM Therapeutics, a biotechnology company pioneering the next generation of precision oncology treatments through its proprietary artificial intelligence-driven drug discovery platform, on its $80 million Series B financing, to advance its next-generation menin inhibitor into clinical development.

Cooley advised Hadean Ventures and M Ventures as co-lead investors, alongside several other investors, in Actithera’s oversubscribed $75.5 million Series A financing. Partner Ryan Sansom led the Cooley team that advised the syndicate of investors, including Hadean Ventures, M Ventures, Bioqube Ventures, 4BIO Ventures and Sofinnova Partners.

Cooley advised MongoDB (Nasdaq: MDB), a leading database for modern applications, on its acquisition of Voyage AI, a pioneer in state-of-the-art embedding and reranking models that power next-generation artificial intelligence applications.

Cooley advised Everbridge, a global leader in critical event management and national public warning solutions, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Thoma Bravo in an all-cash transaction valuing Everbridge at approximately $1.8 billion.

Cooley advised Thirty Madison, a family of specialized healthcare brands, in its acquisition of certain assets from The Pill Club, following a sale process conducted by The Pill Club under Section 363 of the US Bankruptcy Code.
