Cooley represented Vaderis Therapeutics in its $152 million Series B financing co-led b Life Sciences at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and TCGX, with participation from Omega Funds, EQT Life Sciences, Perceptive Advisors, Kalehua Capital and existing investors Medicxi and Droia. Vaderis Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing targeted therapies for rare vascular diseases.

Cooley advised First Street, a leading provider of physics-based climate risk data and analytics for every property in the world, on its agreement to be acquired by MSCI for $120 million in cash at closing, with the potential for additional cash payments during the first two years following closing if certain revenue thresholds are achieved.

Cooley advised Thesis Care on its $45 million Series A funding led by Oak HC/FT. Robert Warshaw led the Cooley team advising Thesis Care, an artificial intelligence-powered care team platform for scalable clinical capacity.

Cooley advised CHARM Therapeutics, a biotechnology company pioneering the next generation of precision oncology treatments through its proprietary artificial intelligence-driven drug discovery platform, on its $80 million Series B financing, to advance its next-generation menin inhibitor into clinical development.

Cooley advised Hadean Ventures and M Ventures as co-lead investors, alongside several other investors, in Actithera’s oversubscribed $75.5 million Series A financing. Partner Ryan Sansom led the Cooley team that advised the syndicate of investors, including Hadean Ventures, M Ventures, Bioqube Ventures, 4BIO Ventures and Sofinnova Partners.
