Alison Freeman-Gleason

Of Counsel

I enjoy being part of our clients’ teams, working closely with them to understand their goals, and bringing my 25+ years of experience to structure, draft and negotiate agreements that help fulfill those goals.

Alison Freeman-Gleason, previously a partner at Cooley, focuses her practice in intellectual property transactions and complex commercial contracting in the life sciences sector. She has experience in a wide variety of transactions, particularly in complicated cross-border licensing and strategic collaborations, including global co-development, co-promotion and profit-sharing arrangements, international distribution, technology acquisition and other highly negotiated transactions.
