Cooley advised Elroy Air, a company developing industry-first autonomous aircraft systems and cutting-edge software, revolutionizing the world of express shipping, on raising nearly $50 million in new funding.

Cooley advised Atalan Tech, a women-led, mission-driven company at the forefront of artificial intelligence technology for predicting and preventing clinician burnout and turnover in healthcare systems, on its $2.5 million seed financing.

Cooley advised Celona on its oversubscribed $60 million Series C funding round. The financing round was led by DigitalBridge Ventures, and included participation from all of Celona’s existing investors: Lightspeed Venture Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, NTTVC, Qualcomm Ventures and Cervin Ventures. Partner Mark Medearis led the Cooley team advising Celona, a developer of AI-powered business-critical solutions designed to meet the connectivity needs of AI and edge-compute powered apps in the enterprise.

Cooley advised Fabric, a leader in “headless” commerce “connecting every sales channel (head) to a single source,” on its $140 million Series C funding round, which brings the company’s valuation to $1.5 billion. Lawyers Josh Seidenfeld and Daniel Lee led the Cooley team advising Fabric.

Cooley advised Athelas, a remote patient-monitoring platform, on two consecutive financing rounds led by General Catalyst and Tribe Capital, respectively, totaling $132 million and bringing its valuation to $1.5 billion.
