Cooley advised Allbirds, a global lifestyle brand, on its $348.3 million initial public offering of 23,221,152 shares of Class A common stock, which now trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol BIRD. Cornerstone OnDemand Agrees to Sell to Clearlake Capital Group for $5.2 Billion

Cooley advised Cornerstone OnDemand, a publicly traded global leader in talent management software, on its agreement to sell to private equity firm Clearlake Capital Group. Lawyers Jamie Leigh, Ben Beerle, Rachel Proffitt and Matt Silverman led the Cooley team advising Cornerstone on the transaction, which has an enterprise value of approximately $5.2 billion.
