Credit Suisse, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets, Stifel, HSBC, Macquarie Capital, Piper Jaffray and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey acted as book-running managers. BTIG, JMP Securities, Mizuho Securities, Needham & Company and Oppenheimer & Co. acted as co-managers for the offering.
