Cooley advised underwriters on CrowdStrike’s $703.8 million initial public offering of 20,700,000 shares of common stock, including full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch and Barclays acted as lead book-running managers for the offering. Credit Suisse, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets, Stifel, HSBC, Macquarie Capital, Piper Jaffray and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey acted as book-running managers. BTIG, JMP Securities, Mizuho Securities, Needham & Company and Oppenheimer & Co. acted as co-managers for the offering. CrowdStrike’s securities now trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “CRWD.” Partner Dave Segre, Jon Avina and Jonie Kondracki led the Cooley team.
