Katie Stevens practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on representing startups and venture capital funds. She counsels companies and their investors through all stages of the business life cycle, from pre-incorporation planning, through funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings. Katie is a member of Cooley’s diversity committee and Cooley’s Palo Alto pro bono committee.
