Delphix to Be Acquired by Perforce
Palo Alto – February 14, 2024 – Cooley advised Delphix, a vendor of test data management software, on its acquisition by Perforce, which provides solutions to enterprise teams requiring productivity, visibility and scale along the development life cycle. Lawyers David Segre, Rishab Kumar, Vicky Kandabarow and Noel Ripberger-Scheick led the Cooley team advising Delphix.
The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. The addition of Delphix builds on Perforce’s existing infrastructure automation solutions to accelerate on-demand delivery, self-service test environments, and continuous testing offerings to deliver “shift-left” testing with accurate, compliant and timely test data.
