Cooley advised Freshworks, a leading software company empowering businesses to delight their customers and employees, on its $1.1286 billion initial public offering of shares of Class A common stock. Cooley advised Checkr, an HR technology company powering the future of work, on its $250 million Series E financing round, catapulting its valuation to $4.6 billion. Partner Calise Cheng led the Cooley team advising Checkr.

Cooley advised Zoom Video Communications on its agreement to acquire Five9, a leading provider of the intelligent cloud contact center, in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $14.7 billion. Cooley advised Coupang, one of Asia’s largest ecommerce companies, on its $4.55 billion initial public offering of 130 million shares of Class A common stock, including 30 million shares sold by selling stockholders. In addition, Cooley advised Coupang on its $1 billion credit line by a syndicate of lenders. Lawyers Eric Jensen, Calise Cheng and Natalie Karam led the global Cooley team advising Coupang on its IPO, which is the biggest IPO in the US this year and one of the top 25 listings of all time based on deal size.
