About Philip

Philip draws on nearly 20 years of experience in product safety, consumer law and regulatory compliance – including more than a decade in federal government enforcement – to help innovative companies navigate complex regulatory challenges and high-stakes disputes. He focuses on global product compliance and litigation, advising clients on product safety and recalls, children's product safety (CPSIA), right to repair (RTR), extended producer responsibility (EPR), AI-enabled consumer products, robotics and autonomous systems, and Coast Guard–regulated products. Philip also counsels clients on Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act Section 5 unfairness and deception exposure, responses to Civil Investigative Demands and FTC investigations, and state consumer protection statutes.
