Cooley advised Tenet Medicines, a development-stage private biotechnology company, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Eliem Therapeutics, a biotech company focused on developing novel therapies for neuronal excitability disorders to address unmet needs in psychiatry, epilepsy, chronic pain, and other disorders of the peripheral and central nervous systems.

Cooley advised HealthTrio, a top provider of comprehensive health management and member engagement solutions, on its strategic acquisition by mPulse, which also announced its acquisition of Decision Point Healthcare Solutions.

Cooley advised CAMBRIO, a leading computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software developer for manufacturing industries, in its sale by Battery Ventures to Sandvik AB, a Sweden-based multinational engineering company. Cooley advised Battery Ventures on the buy and build transactions to create CAMBRIO, including Battery’s initial buyout of SIGMATEK Systems in 2018, as well as add-on transactions acquiring companies with complementary technologies, Cimatron and GibbsCAM. With the sale transaction, the combined and rebranded company CAMBRIO was integrated into Sandvik’s design and planning automation division.
