Charlotte represents life sciences and technology companies in all areas of employment law, including litigation, counseling and administrative matters. Charlotte’s experience includes implementing personnel practices and procedures, advising clients with various personnel matters, including hiring, terminations and workplace discrimination and harassment, and developing and enforcing non-competes and restrictive covenants. She also represents clients in wage and hour cases, severance disputes and misclassification matters before state and federal courts.
