MadCap Software Acquires Xyleme
Boston – January 11, 2024 – Cooley advised MadCap Software, a multichannel content authoring, management and publishing solutions provider, on its acquisition of Xyleme, which offers intelligent content management for the development, control, delivery, and syndication of vital proprietary learning and development content across the enterprise. Lawyers Alfred Browne, Kaycie Benesch-Rupp, Amelia Runyan Davis and Sydney Sachs led the Cooley team advising MadCap Software.
Backed by global investment firm Battery Ventures, the acquisition will expand MadCap’s product portfolio, allowing organizations worldwide to have a single source of trusted, enterprise-class solutions for their content needs – from delivering product and user documentation to onboarding new customers and upskilling their workforce.
