Veritone Acquires Broadbean
San Francisco – June 5, 2023 – Cooley is advising Veritone, an artificial intelligence company, on its acquisition of Broadbean for $52 million. Lawyers Bram Couvreur, Natalie Vernon and Rajdeep Bains are leading the Cooley team advising Veritone.
The acquisition of Broadbean, a software-as-a-service technology that makes talent acquisition and engagement more efficient, will expand Veritone’s AI-powered human resources solutions offerings.
